My Approach to Healing
SonderFlow Counseling is dedicated to providing individualized therapy for adults and young adults. I support clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and the unique challenges faced by mental health professionals. My goal is to help clients better understand their internal experiences and create meaningful, lasting change.
What distinguishes SonderFlow Counseling is the integration of traditional psychotherapy with a mind–body approach to healing. The concept behind “SonderFlow” reflects the belief that our emotional experiences are deeply connected to both our internal world and our physical body. In therapy, we explore how thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and different parts of the self interact.
By cultivating awareness of these connections, clients can begin to understand their experiences on a deeper level. This approach allows us to address not only the symptoms of distress but also the underlying patterns that contribute to them, supporting more sustainable healing and personal growth.
I take a holistic and individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that every person’s story and healing process is unique.
