My Approach to Healing
At SonderFlow Counseling, I offer individualized therapy for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship patterns, and the just the general state of overwhelm that occurs in every day life.

My approach blends traditional therapy with a mind–body perspective—because our thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are all connected (even when they don’t seem like it).

We’ll make sense of those patterns together—not just talk about them, but actually begin to shift them.

My background in dance influences how I work, too. I pay attention to what’s happening in your body, not just your thoughts—because sometimes the body is already telling the story.
