About Me
Before becoming a therapist, movement was my first language.
My background in dance deeply shaped how I understand healing. I began to notice that emotions, trauma, and stress often show up physically in the body — through tension, disconnection, or overwhelm.
Today my work integrates traditional psychotherapy with somatic awareness and movement-based approaches. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but also through reconnecting with the body’s natural rhythm and capacity for regulation.

A quick note about how I show up: I’m not a blank-slate, silent therapist. I’m engaged, collaborative, and I’ll meet you where you are—while also gently challenging patterns that might be keeping you stuck. Therapy with me tends to feel grounded, honest, and human—and yes, we might even laugh at times. You’re allowed to feel better here, not just process the hard stuff.
