Therapy Services
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.
Most people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to explain what’s going on—just that something isn’t working the way they want it to.
That’s more than enough to begin.
Individual Therapy
For adults navigating:
-
anxiety and overthinking
-
trauma or past experiences that still feel present
-
relationship patterns and attachment wounds
-
ADHD and emotional overwhelm
-
feeling disconnected, stuck, or “off” without knowing why
Our work together is collaborative, grounded, and paced in a way that feels manageable.
We’ll not only explore what’s coming up for you, but begin to understand why—and more importantly, how to shift the patterns that keep repeating.
This isn’t just a space to vent.
It’s a space for insight and real change.
50-minute, one-on-one sessions tailored to your needs and goals.
This is a space to:
-
process current stressors and emotions
-
explore patterns in relationships and behaviors
-
work through past experiences that still feel present
-
build tools for regulation, boundaries, and self-understanding
Sessions are collaborative and paced in a way that feels manageable—not overwhelming.

If you’re not sure where you fit, that’s okay—you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.
